Terms of Service

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse orders if stock is insufficient or if there are issues with payment verification.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website at the time of order. For products sold by weight (per kg), the final price is calculated based on the actual weight delivered. For mince products with fat content pricing, the price is determined by the fat percentage selected.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details. Your card is charged at the time of checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to specified zones in Kent. Delivery fees are calculated based on your postcode. Free delivery may be available for orders above a threshold in your zone. Delivery slots must be selected at checkout.

5. Cold Chain

All deliveries are made in refrigerated packaging to maintain the cold chain. Please refrigerate or freeze your products promptly upon delivery. We recommend placing products in the fridge/freezer within 30 minutes of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription boxes are billed monthly via Stripe Billing. You will receive a review window of 3 days before each charge. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Halal Certification

Products marked as halal certified are sourced from certified suppliers. Certification details are available on request.
